This Agreement is made between Present with Grace Ltd (“Coach”) and the client (“Client”).

Present with Grace Ltd is registered at The Numbers Quarter, Dombey Court, The Pilgrim Centre, Brickhill Drive, Bedford, MK41 7PZ.

1. Introduction & Scope of Services

Sell in Sixty is a 6-month online group coaching and training programme designed to help participants sell with clarity, confidence, and consistency.

The programme includes:

• Weekly access to a core suite of online training modules

• Weekly group “Rehearsal Room” sessions with Grace and peers for feedback, Q&A, and practice

• 30 minute 1:1 after Clarity training modules are complete
  
  

2. Fees & Payment Terms

Standard Price: £4,000
Payment Options:

• Pay in full at time of booking

• A six month payment plan of £750 per month (first month on booking and the following payments every 30 days)

  By choosing a payment plan, you agree to pay the full programme fee, regardless of whether you access all materials or complete the programme. No cancellations or partial refunds will be provided.

3. Programme Delivery

• Training modules are recorded and will be accessible online

• Ongoing live weekly “Rehearsal Room” sessions for feedback, practice, and Q&A with Grace

• Community support and access to all future module updates during your 6-month access window

4. Rescheduling & Missed Sessions

Live sessions are group-based and cannot be rescheduled on an individual basis. Replays will be made available. 

The 30 minute 1:1 after Clarity training and the bonus 1:1 session (if applicable) requires 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Missed 1:1s will not be rescheduled or refunded.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Engage with the programme content and community

• Attend or watch replays of group sessions

• Implement learnings to gain the most value
  
  

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

This is a non-refundable programme. No refunds or cancellations are permitted once payment (or the first instalment of a payment plan) is made. You are responsible for completing your payment plan in full.

In exceptional cases, a credit note may be issued at the discretion of Present with Grace Ltd, valid for use on another programme or service within 6 months.

7. Confidentiality

All personal and business information shared during the programme will be treated confidentially. Clients agree to respect the privacy of other members.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content and materials are owned by Present with Grace Ltd and are licensed for individual use only. You may not share or distribute content outside the programme.

9. Limitation of Liability

Present with Grace Ltd does not guarantee specific business results. Success depends on the Client’s own efforts and implementation.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be handled via mediation in the first instance. This agreement is governed by English law.

11. Entire Agreement

This agreement forms the entire understanding between the parties. Any changes must be agreed in writing.
