This Agreement is made between Present with Grace Ltd ("Coach") and the client ("Client").

Present with Grace Ltd is registered at The Numbers Quarter, Dombey Court, The Pilgrim Centre, Brickhill Drive, Bedford, MK41 7PZ.

1. Introduction & Scope of Services

Accelerator is a 1:1 online coaching programme designed to help the Client turn their existing networking activity into consistent warm leads and paying clients.

The programme includes:

6 x coaching calls across 3 months

Access to relevant training materials and resources to support your 1:1 work

Includes support via email or messenger between sessions

2. Fees & Payment Terms

Standard Price: £3,000

Payment Options:

Pay in full at time of booking, or

Pay in 3 monthly instalments of £1000

By choosing a payment plan, you agree to pay the full programme fee, regardless of whether you attend all sessions or complete the programme. No cancellations or partial refunds will be provided.

3. Programme Delivery

1:1 coaching calls are delivered live via Zoom

Calls are scheduled directly with Grace across the duration of the programme

4. Rescheduling & Missed Sessions

1:1 sessions require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Sessions cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours' notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.

5. Client Responsibilities

Attend scheduled 1:1 sessions and give appropriate notice if rescheduling is needed

Engage with the programme content

Implement learnings to gain the most value

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

This is a non-refundable programme. No refunds or cancellations are permitted once payment (or the first instalment of a payment plan) is made. You are responsible for completing your payment plan in full.

In exceptional cases, a credit note may be issued at the discretion of Present with Grace Ltd, valid for use on another programme or service within 6 months.

7. Confidentiality

All personal and business information shared during the programme will be treated confidentially.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content and materials are owned by Present with Grace Ltd and are licensed for individual use only. You may not share or distribute content outside the programme.

9. Limitation of Liability

Present with Grace Ltd does not guarantee specific business results. Success depends on the Client's own efforts and implementation.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be handled via mediation in the first instance. This agreement is governed by English law.

11. Entire Agreement

This agreement forms the entire understanding between the parties. Any changes must be agreed in writing.
